[Role: Testing Engineer]

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Testing Engineer to enhance our product quality through exhaustive testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing testing strategies, identifying software defects, and ensuring the reliability and stability of our software solutions.

[Responsibilities]

• Develop and implement detailed testing plans and strategies for both new and existing software applications.
• Execute a variety of tests including performance, load, stress, data integrity, functionality, and usability.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functionality.
• Collaborate with software developers and project support teams to address issues and necessary modifications.
• Automate tests using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software testing technology, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Review and analyze system specifications and collaborate with QA analysts to develop effective strategies and test plans.

[Skills & Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Testing Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in software testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
